Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager II for the Employers
Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing programs and collaborate cross-functionally to drive
engagement and improve outcomes
Deploy and track outcomes for new programs targeting specific
health conditions in collaboration with internal teams
Develop strategic frameworks for managing employer KPIs and
identify best practices in the employer/benefits space
Required Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process
improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech
teams
