Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Billing/Collections III
professional to manage advanced billing and collection
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform follow-up on insurance billing and collection to ensure
timely payment of physician charges
Review patient accounts for accuracy, including insurance
eligibility and invoice resolution
Make collection calls and contact insurance companies to expedite
payment processes
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent certification
Three years of experience in billing or insurance
No specific certification required
Associate degree preferred
Experience with claims resolution and medical billing is
advantageous
