We're looking for a seasoned Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to lead U.S. federal and state tax compliance and provision work. In this high-visibility role, you'll serve as the internal tax lead, working closely with an external CPA firm to ensure accurate filings, effective audit readiness, and strong compliance across the board.Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. tax compliance and provision processes
  
• Coordinate and review work performed by the external CPA firm
  
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax requirements
  
• Oversee tax reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  
• Collaborate with internal finance and legal teams during audits and strategic initiatives
  
• Support planning and implementation of tax strategies
  
  Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent preferred
    
  • 8+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally with both public accounting and in-house exposure
    
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and provision
    
  • Experience working with external advisors or managing outsourced tax functions
    
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
