Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cash Receipts Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare remote deposits for posting and ensure credit card sales
are processed
Maintain Cash Work-bins in the JAG Billing System and accurately
key data into patient accounts
Communicate daily with the Cash Manager regarding cash-related
matters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or billing
and coding certificate preferred
Six months of prior related office work experience required
Experience in cash posting and reconciling discrepancies in a
high-volume environment
Knowledge of medical transportation and billing processes,
including HIPAA
Proficiency in accounts receivable billing systems and internet
tools
