Job Description:

A company is looking for a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Braze Specialist).
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end campaign execution in Braze across multiple communication channels
Develop and deploy automated customer journeys to drive registration growth and conversion
Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to optimize campaigns based on key lifecycle KPIs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Braze and multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proven expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies
Strong technical proficiency in API and webhook integrations
Experience with Braze's advanced features and external system integration
Proven project management abilities in a fast-paced environment
