A company is looking for a Platform Success Manager to drive
customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring
they leverage the platform effectively
Build strong relationships by providing ongoing support, training,
and strategic guidance
Monitor customer health metrics and develop tailored success plans
to drive outcomes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or
a related role, preferably in SaaS or fintech
Experience at a mortgage lender, bank, or brokerage
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer
health tracking systems
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects
simultaneously
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to work
independently and collaboratively
