Job Description:
A company is looking for a Unified Communications Technical
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain global enterprise architecture for collaboration and
telephony systems
Determine architecture and vendor products for corporate SIP
trunking and contact center environments
Manage UCC vendors and oversee provisioning of colleague accounts
and applications
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in unified communications or
telephony
2-3 years of team management experience
Experience with enterprise telephony and collaboration architecture
development
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Teams administration
Knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP and RTP
