Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of EMR Strategy &
Informatics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic EMR
integrated products
Oversee the implementation and optimization of EMR systems across
the organization
Lead data-driven initiatives to support clinical decision-making
and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a
related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required
7-10 years of experience in health informatics and health IT
operations
Proven track record of leading strategic EMR initiatives in a
healthcare setting
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with
diverse stakeholders
Certifications such as CPHIM, PMP, or EPIC are preferred
