Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A (Sales &
Marketing).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance business partner to Sales & Marketing,
overseeing headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Build financial frameworks and reporting to support decision-making
across the organization
Own the month-end close process and drive operational efficiency
and improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
preferably in a SaaS tech company or top management consulting
firm
Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams with prior
people management experience
Strong experience in financial modeling and strategic business
planning
Experience with detailed systems for accurate and scalable
reporting
Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
