Define and track program milestones and KPIs, ensuring measurable
outcomes
Required Qualifications
3+ years in an enablement, training, or program management role
Minimum two years experience in a payroll-focused role
Training or a degree in learning and development or related
fields
Experience in the fast-paced technology sector
Strong organizational and project management skills
