Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to
oversee general accounting and financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance of the general ledger, including journal
entries and account reconciliations
Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance
with GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory Accounting standards
Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance with SOX controls
and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work
experience
Eight (8) years of accounting experience in progressive roles
Minimum four (4) years of public accounting experience
preferred
Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
Knowledge of Statutory Accounting standards and SOX compliance
