Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager II-Quality
Improvement and Performance (Health Plans).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex health plan data to develop effective
strategies and action plans
Design and maintain databases to support reporting and analysis
needs, ensuring data integrity
Serve as a subject matter expert for metric specifications related
to health plan performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
required
Three years of directly related experience in a managed care,
health plan, or health insurance setting
Leadership experience is required
Experience with management principles, practices, policies, and
regulations related to assigned programs
Experience and/or training in computer applications, including word
processing and spreadsheet software
