Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN) to
oversee the care management team and ensure quality care
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises care management team and addresses escalated care
management issues
Monitors documentation for compliance with regulations and assigns
caseloads based on member needs
Provides coaching and guidance to improve team performance and
member experiences
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's
degree
4+ years of related experience in care management
Registered Nurse (RN) State Licensure or Compact State Licensure
required
Experience in Maternity/NICU and managed care preferred
Strong leadership skills necessary for team supervision
