Job Description:
A company is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee retail
branch operations remotely in Kansas City, MO.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of financial service locations and manage
a team
Conduct analysis, reporting, and budgeting for facility
operations
Ensure compliance with facility standards and implement best
practices
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Facilities Management with a bachelor's
degree, or 12 years of experience without a degree
Strong organizational and management skills
Ability to supervise vendor performance and manage multiple
facilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CMMS Supervisory
Experience in a matrix management organization is preferred
