Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacy BMT Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee programmatic pharmacy clinical services for inpatient and outpatient across all facilities
Participate in budgetary, clinical, and distributive aspects of pharmaceutical care for the program
Facilitate development and implementation of treatment guidelines, protocols, and policies for the program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Seven (7) years of pharmacist experience
Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Virginia
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
