Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Claims Follow-Up
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on
patient bills and claims for revenue recovery
Analyze information to identify reasons for denied or unpaid claims
and determine next steps
Ensure timely filing guidelines are met and escalate complex
accounts to management as needed
Required Qualifications
High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection
rules and regulations
Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel,
Word, and Outlook
Organizational skills for timely follow-up and accurate record
keeping
Mathematical ability for basic calculations
Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding is preferred
