A company is looking for a Clinical Response Specialist -
PRN.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to clinical inquiries in a validating and timely manner
Present program information in a comprehensive and welcoming
manner
Collect complete information regarding inquiries, including
clinical and insurance details
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
1+ year of relevant experience in eating disorders treatment and
admissions required
Superb customer service skills
Knowledge of phone systems
Advanced computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
required
