Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Director to provide
leadership and expertise for their payroll tax team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage departmental processes and outcomes for
payroll tax services, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Direct staffing, budgeting, and performance management, while
promoting staff development and training
Lead special projects and collaborate with internal and external
partners to support business development and compliance with
service level agreements
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience and/or training in payroll tax
services
5-7 years of management experience in a similar field
General educational background with relevant certifications
preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in Word
Experience with budgeting and performance metrics in a corporate
environment
