Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate
and Securities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate and securities function, including debt and equity
financing transactions
Oversee M&A transactions and maintain corporate books and
records
Administer stock plan and related equity programs, and maintain
Management Services Organization agreements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in-house experience at
a high-growth company
Healthcare-related experience is ideal due to corporate
structure
Barred in a US state with ability to practice through NY in-house
counsel registration
Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to create and
evangelize new processes
Experience leading small teams
