Job Description:
A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented/Litigation
Adjuster - Remote MST/PST.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate complex, represented claims including UM/UIM claims and
moderate to major claims
Negotiate and settle claims with customers, vendors, and
third-party carriers
Document claims accurately and ensure compliance with policy
agreements
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily
injury claim evaluations preferred
Experience in casualty claim handling is required
Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a
remote setting
Knowledge of innovative tools for effective claims evaluation
