Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Corporate Law Paralegal to
provide high-level legal support in corporate matters remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file forms and documents with government agencies and
regulatory authorities
Conduct legal research and review corporate documents
Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and maintain corporate
records
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of recent corporate paralegal experience in a law firm
setting
Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
Experience with regulatory authorities and corporate compliance
processes
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management
software
