Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investigations Operations Lead to
manage and execute cross-functional investigations and enforcement
actions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project tracking and management for investigation requests
and facilitate communication with stakeholders
Lead and coordinate execution of enforcement actions, including
removals and fraud remediation projects
Provide data analytics and insights to improve platform safety and
quality, while managing reporting processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in program management, enforcement, or a related
field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate and
interpret data
Familiarity with legal, policy, and compliance considerations in a
tech environment
Experience in a trust and safety role within a tech company is
preferred
