Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk Quality Control Program Lead
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for the design, development, and
implementation of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Oversight Program
Manage the Quality Control Program Methodology, Coverage Plan,
Testing calendar, and reporting requirements
Engage with stakeholders to recommend strategic solutions and
ensure processes are designed to address risk effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Subject matter expert in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
programs
7+ years of experience in a Risk Management function, preferably in
Financial Services
5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking and/or Retail
Banking
4-5+ years of experience in Operational Risk or relevant
experience
