Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renovation Associate responsible for
managing renovation loan processes and ensuring compliance with
guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize a personal pipeline of renovation files,
maintaining 45-60 files per month
Conduct initial reviews of submitted files and ensure a 70%
first-time underwriting submission approval rate
Provide operational support and assist internal and external
partners with compliance and eligibility requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; two years of college or mortgage
operations experience preferred
One year of experience managing Renovation Products preferred
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook,
Word, and Excel
Ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of departmental
policies and procedures
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple
projects simultaneously
