Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to support the
inception of their renewals organization and drive customer
retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of playbooks and establish
key processes
Proactively manage the entire renewal process, from outreach to
contract execution
Cultivate strong customer relationships and lead renewal
negotiations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of renewals, account management, or sales operations
experience (SaaS preferred)
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate
successful renewals
Strong forecasting, analytical, and contract management skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to build from
the ground up
