Job Description:
A company is looking for a Well-Being Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients on physical and emotional well-being topics
through phone or video sessions
Utilize evidence-based coaching frameworks to support client
self-awareness and behavior change
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program
development and enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in physical or behavioral health field required;
Master's degree preferred
1-2 years of related work experience required
Recognized Coaching Certifications preferred (e.g., Wellcoaches,
ICF)
Additional certifications such as Personal Trainer or Registered
Dietitian are a plus
Flexible day and evening hours required to meet client
availability
