Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Advocate -PBM- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls from members to address questions regarding
their pharmacy benefits
Establish and maintain relationships with members to ensure their
needs are met promptly and professionally
Provide information and resolve issues to enhance the customer
experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college
preferred
Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume contact center
environment
1+ years of Pharmacy and/or Health Care experience preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required
