Job Description:

A company is looking for a Loan Partner/LOA Team Lead/Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with borrowers and guide them through the application process
Oversee a team of Loan Partners, providing mentorship and quality assurance
Conduct weekly follow-ups with pre-approved clients and prepare files for initial disclosures

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry (preferred)
Familiarity with loan origination systems, credit, DU, and income calculation
Leadership or management experience is a plus for team lead roles
Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
