Job Description:

Job Summary: Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites.

As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and installing various manufacturers' products, including reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals. You will also manage daily service calls, customer activity, and program system products.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assist customers with questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service.
  
• Perform inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Mechanical/electrical background required.
    
  • Experience working with extinguishers, kitchen systems, and emergency/exit light inspections.
    
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    
  • Outstanding customer-facing service and problem-solving skills.
    
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    
  • Manufacturer certifications (e.g. ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem) a plus.
    
  • Valid US driver's license.
