A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager -
Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, scale, and grow the post-sales Account Management function
in partnership with sales teams
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with
customers, identifying expansion and up-sell opportunities
Manage the customer onboarding process and coordinate technical
resources for product delivery and integration
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Account Management, including 3
years as a Strategic Account Manager
Experience managing complex enterprise accounts at all
organizational levels
Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability
Knowledge of Salesforce and SaaS experience preferred
