Job Description:
A company is looking for a CEO/COO for a womenswear fashion
brand focused on private equity investment and business
turnaround.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the restructuring and growth of the business with an emphasis
on D2C eCommerce and B2C Digital Marketplaces
Invest capital and develop a strategic plan for revitalization and
long-term success
Collaborate with the founder, who will remain as a technical
advisor, to ensure a smooth transition and operational
continuity
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in turning around small businesses in the
$5-$15 million range
Experience in M&A and fashion/apparel industry
Degree or higher in a relevant field
Must be a USA Citizen with the right to work in the country
Strong background in digital marketing and eCommerce strategies
