Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist, Mid to join
their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Assess employee training needs and develop targeted training
sessions
Revise existing training materials and create new content for
functional subjects
Develop course outlines, conduct classroom instruction, and
evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in
educational session design and delivery
In-depth knowledge of employee training principles and curriculum
development
Proficiency in training development practices and instructional
techniques
Experience in competency testing and tracking training
effectiveness
Ability to collaborate with managers to identify training needs
