Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Predictive Analyst to drive
data-driven decision-making and develop predictive models.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced predictive models for underwriting,
pricing, and claims management
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns in
insurance data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs
into actionable analytics solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science,
Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in predictive modeling or data
analysis in the insurance industry
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data
manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
Experience with complex predictive modeling techniques and a strong
understanding of insurance principles
Ability to mentor junior analysts and provide guidance in their
professional development
