Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Channel Operations Manager
to manage marketing channels and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including
triaging campaign requests and channel reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing
campaigns and improve operational efficiency
Conduct rigorous quality assurance of campaigns and report insights
to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Professional experience in campaign management within marketing
organizations
Familiarity with data insights and analysis to enhance campaign
strategies
Ability to work with various internal tools for message
distribution
Experience in multi-channel marketing is a plus
Must be able to overlap work hours with Pacific Time (PST)
