Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist in the iPaaS
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast renewals and expansions, mitigate risks, and maintain
detailed CRM records
Manage upcoming renewal contracts, proactively initiating renewal
conversations with customers
Lead contract renewal negotiations to secure optimal pricing and
additional features
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success or partner success
roles
Proficient in Salesforce (CRM) systems and understanding of iPaaS
platforms
Proven track record in managing and closing renewals within a SaaS
environment
Strong background in reviewing contracts and negotiating terms
Basic understanding of integration technologies and concepts,
including APIs and cloud-based architectures
